The name of the registry:
Profium Oy’s customer and marketing register and the register of those who subscribed to our newsletter.
The purpose of the register:
The purpose of processing personal data is to manage the customer relationship, fulfil the rights of the customer and the data controller and process personal data in accordance with the personal data act for purposes related to online services, research, informing the data controller and/or direct marketing to customer data through the controller’s media and services, without disclosing personal data to a third party.
Register information content:
The register may contain information about customers:
- Email address
- Travel and/or other phone number
- Organization and status
- Address information and business ID of the organization
- Permit information and prohibitions
- Identification and usage information
- Service information
- Connection log
- Billing and collection information
- Customer information
- Interest and other information provided by the registrant himself
Regular sources of information in the register:
The register is compiled from the registrar’s customer information system, publicly available Internet sources, and any other public sources or from the data subject himself.
As a general rule, address sources are specified if they are other tan the former.
The registrar will not disclose customers’ personal data to third parties, unless required by the Finnish authorities.
The data may be deleted at the request of the person or due to the termination of the customer relationship.
The data subject has the right to prohibit the use of his or her data for direct marketing by notifying Profium Oy.
Principles of protection of the register:
Personal information will be kept confidential. The data network and equipment of the registrar and its potential IT partnes on which the registry is located are protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures.
Access to the registry is controlled through access control.
Our customer service will respond to questions and feedback about the registry within a week.
