Junior Sales & Marketing Manager

Profium is a 25-person technology company that develops its own graph database and SaaS products built on top of it. Our customers include organizations such as Kela, Yle, the City of Tampere, international news agencies, and security sector operators.

We are now looking for a Junior Sales & Marketing Manager to support new customer acquisition and marketing communications. This role is well-suited for a recent graduate, a student in the final stages of their studies – or someone more experienced seeking a versatile position in a small but ambitious team. Summer job or part-time arrangements alongside studies are also possible.

What will you be doing?

The role can be tailored based on your skills and interests. It combines sales and marketing responsibilities, such as:

In Sales:

• Identifying and reaching out to potential customers
• Preparing sales materials and presentations with the team
• Participating in creating proposals and attending sales meetings

In Marketing:

• Updating website content and creating customer presentations
• Ideating and executing campaigns and social media content
• Assisting in the production of marketing materials for different audiences

Who are we looking for?

• You’re not intimidated by IT or technology – you either already understand the field or are eager to learn quickly
• You communicate fluently in both Finnish and English
• You’re goal-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working with customers
• You can work at least part-time – this role can be combined with the final phase of your studies
